  • First things first—no need to be nervous.
    We start with a 1:1 session to understand your organization’s unique needs and goals. From there, we’ll determine if we’re the right fit to support you directly—or if one of our trusted partners, such as ADP, Non Profit Start Up Center or others) may be the best match for your success.

    When we meet

    We'll start with getting to know your organization with a few questions .

    Invoices & Scheduling:
    Invoices must be paid to confirm your scheduled appointment.

  • Pricing is based on the scope of your project and your desired timeline.

    Byg Fysh promises fair rates and no work will begin prior to your approval .

    Refund Policy : Any refund disputes will be governed by the laws of Virginia.

    • If you believe our handling of refunds violates your consumer rights, you may seek remedies under Virginia’s Consumer Protection Act.

    • All refund disputes must be raised within 30 days of the purchase or return request.

  • Timelines depend on the project, but I generally dedicate up to 45 days to each client, with the possibility of an extension based on the service provided.

    PLEASE , understand every project is unique. If services aren’t delivered as agreed, we’ll review your request and may issue a partial or full refund. Completed work and third-party costs are non-refundable. All requests are handled fairly, with decisions made within 10 business days.
